Notes: The Blue Dogs scored 4 runs in the 3rd inning and had a 4-0 lead until the bottom of the 6th inning when they scored 5 runs on 2 hits and 2 errors. In the top of the 7th inning, with a runner on 1st base with one out, the game ended when Laker’s left fielder Cyle Ericksen made a fantastic over the shoulder running catch and then doubled off the baserunner at 1st base for the 3rd out.

Notes: Stefanie Morong throws a no-hitter for Ludington Lady Lakers. There were only two baserunners in the game, with 2 outs in the 1st inning, there was a walk and the next batter reached on a fielding error. Morong and the Laker defense were perfect for the rest of the game.

Notes: C&W scored runs in the 1st and 2nd inning, Blue Dogs scored in the 3rd and 4th innings to tie it where it stayed through regulation. In the top of the 8th inning, the international tie breaker rule was used where a runner starts the inning at 2nd base. C&W scored in the top of the 8th inning when Sharon McCumber had a pinch hit single with 2 outs to score the runner from 3rd. The Blue Dogs pushed a run across on an infield ground out to tie the game at 3 in the bottom of the 8th. C&W failed to score in the top of the 9th. The Blue Dogs sacrificed the runner to 3rd and Aimee Smith hit a game winning single to end the game.
