Tournament Director Note for this tournament: There were 44 homeruns hit in this tournament! We have not counted how many were hit in other tournaments but for some reason this year, it jumped out at us. If any of you are bored at work or sleepless at night, look through all of our "Results Archive" page and count up how many homeruns were hit in a specific tournament. If there is something that compares to this, please let us know. Keep in mind, this tournament was only 11 games.

 

Michigan Snappers had 15 homeruns in 5 games - Blaine Milheim had four, three by Randy Wheelock, two by Trent Pehl and Tyler Kelly, one by Devin Milheim, Thomas Beebe, Rob Lewis and Greg Heath.

Reese A's had 14 in 5 games - Joe Edwards had four homeruns, Paul Hoisington had three, two by Gunnar Bouvy and Mark Gwizdala and one each by Jason Hoisington, Justin Davis and Cody Peyok.

Lightning had 6 in 4 games - Brian Skirka had four homeruns, one each by Matt Shook, Alex Walton and Adam AcMoody.

Fence dimensions - 235 feet all the way around. Weather, related to wind was not a significant noticeable factor and neither were temperatures as it was actually cooler than normal with upper 50 to upper 60's with significant humidity and some misting rain Sunday morning.
